Flag Football
Flag football uses speed and agility with appropriate safety considerations for a fast game on a 80-yard field.
- Majors division for boys and girls ages 15-17 (18 if still in high school)
- AAA division for boys and girls ages 13-14
- AA division for boys and girls ages 11-12
- A division for boys and girls ages 8-10

Season: early October through early December
Volleyball
Volleyball games are played on indoor courts.
- Senior division for boys and girls ages 15-17 (18 if still in high school)
- Junior’s division for boys and girls ages 13-14
- Mini’s division for boys and girls ages 11-12
- Tiny’s division for boys and girls ages 8-10

Basketball
Basketball games are played on outdoor and indoor courts at City of Commerce Parks with adjustable baskets and rule variations based on age divisions.
- Majors division for boys and girls ages 15-17 (18 if still in high school)
- AAA division for boys and girls ages 13-14
- AA division for boys and girls ages 11-12
- A division for boys and girls ages 8-10
- Hot Shot division for boys and girls ages 5-7

Baseball rules and equipment are modified to create ideal playing conditions for young players.
- Majors division for boys and girls ages 15-17 (18 if still in high school)
- AAA division for boys and girls ages 13-14

- Hot Shot division for boys and girls ages 5-7

Competitive Dance
Commerce Dance Team gives dancers the opportunity to perform and compete at regional events and dance competitions. Our dance team combines hard work and commitment with fun and a sense of community. The experience on our dance team will expand your dancer's passion and technique for dance, instill discipline, connect them with fellow committed dancers, build their confidence and performance ability and prepare them for a possible future in dance.
