The Public Information Office consists of the Media, Reprographics/Printing and Cable TV Divisions. The Public Information Division is responsible for informing the public of the City's services, programs and events, as well as emergency and breaking news affecting the City and the timely dissemination of information about the City of Commerce to the news media and community. The division oversees media relations, community outreach and communication activities for the departments within Commerce City Hall.

The award winning monthly publication Commerce Connection provides residents and businesses with resources and information about city programs, events and community development.

The Cable TV Division develops and produces cable programming for the City's cable channels 3 and 32 including streaming City Council meetings, Commerce City News, and the annual Miss Commerce Pageant.
