  • Can I receive my messages in Spanish?

    Yes, you can select a Spanish option. Please note that all messages will be sent in English; however, if a message is sent in Spanish and English, you would receive only the Spanish version.

  • Can I register my landline?

    Yes, but you need to register online.

  • Can I receive email messages?

    Yes, enter your email address when you register.

  • Can I opt to receive only emergency alerts?

    Yes, set your preferences when you register.

  • Can businesses register to receive messages?

    Yes, we encourage residents, business owners, employees and anyone else who would like to receive information, to register.

  • Will I still receive a telephone call?

    Yes, an audible telephone message will be sent only for emergency notifications. All other messages will be sent through text, email, or social media.
