The Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Events, operated by the Los Angeles County and Sanitation Districts, are FREE one-day, drive-through collection events where residents can drop off their HHW and electronic waste (e-waste). The next opportunity to drop off your waste near Commerce will be this Saturday, October 9th from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Huntington Park City Yard located at 6900 Bissell Street, Huntington Park, CA 90255. Please note that there is a limit of 15 gallons or 125 pounds of household hazardous waste per trip.
