The Social Services Division is creating a Homebound, Disabilities and Functional Needs Checklist to enable first responders to check on the safety of residents who are physically and/or mentally unable to care for themselves during citywide emergency situations. The list may also be used to provide emergency communication supported by emergency preparedness initiatives. 
To add someone to the Homebound Checklist or for more information, please call the Public Safety and Community Services Department at 323-887-4460.
